Information and guidelines for reviewers

Guidelines

Reviewers are chosen for their expertise in computing research, pedagogy and/or one or more subject areas of computing. Reviewers are expected to complete all reviews within 30 days of agreeing to undertake a review unless other arrangements have been made with the editor.

The review process is managed by Manuscript Central. In Manuscript Central, reviewers complete their review by filling in a structured online review form, which consists of questions related to the focus, significance, impact, and scholarship of the paper, as well as a series of prompts for providing a recommendation (accept, accept with major revisions, accept with minor revisions, reject) and rationale for the recommendation. We recommend that reviewers first write their responses offline, in order to avoid any loss of work that might be caused by network issues. Reviewers may use this TOCE Review Form to write their responses offline. They may then fill in the online form using their offline responses.

If you have any questions, please contact the Editor-in-Chief.
